She was concerned because she was traveling with her elderly parents, and a place without an elevator could be inconvenient for them. The thought of navigating stairs with her senior parents made her hesitant to proceed.
However, the staff at DreamJourneys reassured her that the staircase was not as steep as she imagined. They explained that the steps were small and manageable, and wouldn’t cause any major discomfort. Their attentiveness and detailed explanation helped ease her concerns.
Thanks to the staff’s encouragement and patience, Kai reconsidered and eventually realized the place’s true value. She decided to book, confident that DreamJourneys would be a comfortable and practical choice for her family’s stay.

What convinced me to choose DreamJourneys was the staff’s exceptional customer service and their willingness to address my specific concerns. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents, I was initially worried about the lack of an elevator. However, the staff took the time to explain that the stairs were not steep and were designed to be easy to manage.
Their patience and dedication in answering my questions showed that they genuinely cared about our comfort. Additionally, the place offered great value, balancing affordability with quality. The combination of attentive service and a comfortable environment made it the clear choice for us.
What Do You Like Most Of It?
What I liked most about DreamJourneys was the combination of its convenient location and the safety of the neighborhood. It’s situated near a train station and bus stop, making travel to Shinjuku and other areas super easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and fast food options nearby, which made grabbing a quick meal or snack really simple—our favorite was the karaage store just outside the main street!
On top of that, the neighborhood felt extremely safe, being close to a police station, which was very reassuring. It was also convenient to have a pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance.
As for the room itself, it was spotless and equipped with all the necessities and toiletries, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Overall, it was a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and safety!
Last Message of Staying with us
The location is perfect—just a short walk to the train station and bus stop for easy travel to Shinjuku. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and fast food options nearby, with a great karaage shop just outside the main street. The neighborhood feels super safe, being close to a police station, and it's also near a pharmacy and grocery store. Thank you for being nice and accommodating and answering all our questions. Will definitely consider this unit again in the future.
